The Feature Gallery

The Feature Gallery includes the front-door exhibit space welcoming visitors to the Arts Association of East Alabama office and the historic baggage room. Shows presented by East Alabama Arts feature visual and sculptural works and installations by local, regional and nationally-renowned artists as well as those of area students.

In the Summer of 2011 The Arts Association presented “Departures” works by new and emerging artists in East Alabama. The essay for this show by curator Stephanie Kime is below.
