Seating & Policies
All seating is reserved.
The lobby and box office open one hour prior to showtime. Theatre doors open approximately 30 minutes before the curtain rises.
Late seating is handled at appropriate intervals at management's discretion.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, and performances are subject to change. However, you do have options if plans change:
If a performance is canceled: If a show is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, you may request a formal letter confirming the ticket cost as a tax-deductible contribution to East Alabama Arts.
If you cannot attend: Tickets are fully transferable to another person. Alternatively, you can donate your tickets back to EAA as a tax-deductible contribution. Please call in your request to donate tickets by 1:00 pm on the day of the performance

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).
Please note: While tickets can be purchased with any of these methods, some artist merchandise may be cash-only.

Yes. To comply with local fire codes and ensure safety, everyone entering the theatre—including infants and children of all ages—must hold a valid ticket.
