Be A Part Of The Art - Community Partner’s Network
East Alabama Arts’ Community Partners Network supports the work of The Arts Association of East Alabama through public/private partnerships and tax-deductible contributions of financial resources and in-kind services from corporations, small businesses, and individuals.
Growing and competitive cities, towns, and metropolitan areas across the country are keenly aware that a community’s economic development initiatives are successful in direct proportion to the diversity and depth of its cultural values; the quality of its educational opportunities; the variety of its recreational choices; and the innovation and vitality of its arts and entertainment scene.
For nearly 50 years now The Arts Association has been at the very center of cultural life here in East Alabama and has benefited from visionary leadership from business, civic, arts, education, and volunteer sources throughout the community. It has in turn provided an amazing array of national and international performing arts experiences at the Opelika Center for the Performing Arts; national touring children’s theater for area students, K-12; and curriculum-based professional development opportunities for teachers through the Partners in Education program of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
The Arts Association is also proud of our ongoing role as a catalyst in Opelika’s historic preservation efforts, and in the enhancement of economic development initiatives for all of East Alabama.
We welcome your support and invite you to work with us as a member of the Community Partners Network as together we make East Alabama an ever greater place to live and work. Please let us hear from you soon!
Once you become part of the Community Partner’s Network we will recognize you in each of the event programs throughout the year.
