When the Mandy Barnett concert is rescheduled, we will announce the new date in the Opelika Observer and on social media (Facebook and Instagram). New ticket purchases will be available here at that time.

Ticket Policies

Box Office Hours

The box office is open Monday-Friday, 10 AM-2:00 PM, and at the OCPA Venue one hour prior to performances (6:00 Central).

Forms of Payment

In addition to cash and checks, East Alabama Arts accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. (Note: some artist merchandise sales accept only cash.)

Subscription Tickets

Subscription tickets for East Alabama Arts concerts and events may be purchased in person at our box office at 1103 Glenn Street, Opelika; by telephone at 334.749.8105; or by completing the secure order form online HERE.

Single Tickets

Single tickets may be purchased in person at our box office or online (both have $5 convenience fees).

Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more individuals. Call 334.749.8105 to talk to a Box Office representative.

  • Adult Single Tickets, All Shows - $59

  • Seniors (+65) Single Tix, All Shows - $53

  • Students Single Tickets, All Shows - $20

Refunds

Tickets purchased for concerts and events are non-refundable. Performances are subject to change. In the event of a performance cancellation for which we are unable to reschedule or find a suitable replacement, a letter will be made available at your request confirming the cost of your tickets as a tax-deductible contribution. If you are unable to attend a performance for which you purchased tickets, you may transfer them to someone else or donate them back to EAA as a tax-deductible contribution. Please call in your request to donate tickets by 1:00 pm on the day of the performance.

Ticketing Requirements

Everyone attending a ticketed event, including all children regardless of age, must have a ticket. This is required to comply with fire codes and ensure all our patrons' safety.

Seating Times

Our lobby opens one hour prior to events (6:00 CST), and seating begins approximately thirty minutes before curtain.

Latecomers

At the discretion of management and in compliance with the artists’ contractual agreement, latecomers will be seated at appropriate intervals during events.

All seating is reserved. Parking is free.

East Alabama Arts has a 'No Refund' policy, but if you are unable to attend a performance for which you purchased tickets, you may transfer them to someone else, or donate them back to EAA as a tax-deductible contribution.
